Roti
- 3 cups Whole Wheat Roti (Golden Temple, ADM, Brar’s whole wheat, Sher))
- 1 tsp Ghee
- warm water
- Add enough warm water to make pizza dough consistency, then knead the dough with ghee
- Leave the dough to set for 30 minutes
- Take small amounts of dough and form balls with hands
- Use dry flour and roll the rotis in a circular shape
- Add small amount of ghee to finished roti
