Homework Club offers students in grades 1-6 a chance to work on schoolwork in a relaxed, supportive space with the help of older students and mentors. Snacks will be provided, as well as fun activities to participate in with friends, once homework is done!
Join us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the fall from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. If your child is signed up for a Shiluv program, they are welcome to join Homework Club before and after their program time.
Homework Club will be in session on:
- Mondays, October 16 to December 18
- Tuesdays, October 10 to December 19
- Wednesdays, October 11 to December 20
- Thursdays, October 12 to December 21

There is no charge for Beth Tzedec congregants to participate in Homework Club.
Guests will be charged a variable rate for the fall semester based on how many days their child attends.
- $250 for 1 session/week
- $450 for 2 sessions/week
- $630 for 3 sessions/week
- $780 for 4 sessions/week
About the Instructor
Orly Shalev has over 10 years of experience teaching Hebrew to students of various age groups including elementary, junior high school and adults. Orly has a true passion for Hebrew language and culture. She really enjoys helping all children reach their potential in Hebrew language and loves to challenge students to be curious and take chances when learning. She is part of many programs here at the Beth Tzedec including Shul School 2.1 and Beginner Adult Hebrew Literacy and Conversation classes.
