Yoga — Shiluv Learning Club

Join us for a yoga practice meant to align mind and body. We are extending our programming to include children and teens who can benefit greatly from yoga, as well as adults of all ages. Please bring a friend and join.
Mark your calendar! Yoga classes will meet on alternating Wednesdays, January 17 & 31, February 14 & 28, March 13, April 10, and May 8 & 22.
Youth in Grades 1-6 will join us from 4:00pm to 4:30pm while adults and teens (Grades 7+) will join us from 4:40pm to 5:30pm. When not in the yoga class, youth participants will be welcome to join Homework Club at no additional charge.
Drop-in attendees are also welcome to join us for $25/session.
About the Instructor
Janine Herman loves yoga both for the physical and mental benefits. As a long time fitness instructor, Janine first became interested in yoga for the physical workout and quickly became captivated by the philosophy and practical learnings offered. As she always says “the way you do one thing is the way you do everything” and the lessons learned on the mat have much to teach off the mat. Janine teaches yoga, fitness and meditation classes and loves the variety of these 3 disciplines.
