Martial Arts — Shiluv Learning Club

Discover the fundamentals of self-defense with our comprehensive Martial Arts course from 5 Elements Martial Arts. Students will learn essential techniques such as de-escalation tactics, centering exercises, and foundational movements to enhance their self-defense skills.
Mark your calendar! Martial arts classes will meet weekly on Thursdays, January 11, 18 & 25, February 1, 8, 22 & 29, March 7 & 21, April 4, 11 & 18, and May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30.
Grades 1-2 will learn from 4:00pm to 4:30pm, Grades 7-12 will learn from 4:35pm to 5:15pm, and Grades 3-6 will learn from 5:15pm to 6:00pm. When class isn’t in session, all participants are welcome to join Homework Club at no additional charge.
