Tribute Cards

Beth Tzedec Congregation offers a wide assortment of donation and tribute opportunities to commemorate all occasions including congratulations, condolences, a thank you, special birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, births, etc.

1. Fill out the form below.
2. After you have submitted the form, an email will be generated and sent to Beth Tzedec.
3. Process your payment through our Paypal shopping cart.
4. Your tribute will be sent when we match your order form to our payment records.

For multiple donations, please fill out this form for each tribute, adding the items to your shopping cart, and then process the card as a whole when you are finished.

Please note that Tribute Cards are mailed out weekly on Wednesdays.
