Lost in Territories

Israel/France 2026 | Director: Nadav Shlomo Giladi | Hebrew, Arabic & English with English subtitles | 108 minutes

Comedy

Neighbourly relations are always complex. Add to it soldiers, marijuana, terror groups, fences, knives, dancers, guns, rabbis and imams, and you have complete mayhem. Set in the charged landscape of the West Bank, Lost in Territories offers a quirky, darkly comic and satirical look at daily life there, beyond the headlines. The film weaves together a collection of five short, comedic vignettes, each of which finds irreverent, biting humor – as well as moments of unexpected connection – from absurd situations in the “Wild West of the Middle East,” where politics are inescapable, and living side-by-side becomes a tricky challenge.
