Holy Fit!

Join Rabbi Ilana and Janine Herman for a special series of yoga and self-care workshops meant to elevate your everyday life. We are coming together to nourish and revitalize ourselves as we share a yoga practice and community with one another.

If you feel you don’t have the time to attend, are too busy, too stressed, or have too many people to take care of, this series has been designed for you. Join us for four weeks as we give ourselves permission to take care of ourselves – to put our own oxygen masks on first!

We will be meeting from 10:00am to 11:00am on Sundays, November 5, 19, & 26, followed by a 10:00am to 1:00pm session on Sunday, December 3 so that we can share a lunch after our learning session.
