From the obscurity of the archives where it had languished and been forgotten for decades, six hours of never-before-seen footage of an interview with one of modern history’s greatest leaders, David Ben-Gurion, was inadvertently uncovered recently. The then 82-year-old former prime minister, in his final years after leaving office, had been interviewed at his secluded home in the Negev desert over the course of several days in 1968.
